The Timboon Railway Shed Distillery is situated in a renovated railway goods shed, dating from circa 1910, and now offers visitors
the unique experience of seeing and learning a bit about whisky distilling. Our fully licensed restaurant offers a seasonally changing
menu, featuring local produce, with a range of light snacks and hearty, modern meals. Hot or cold drinks, local produce including
Timboon Fine Ice Cream and our own freshly made cakes, a roaring fire in winter, sun on the deck in summer, the perfect place to
indulge and relax. "The Shed" is also the ideal starting point for a walk on the Timboon to Camperdown Rail Trail.
