Apostle
Whey Cheese products are made from only the finest and freshest raw
materials.
The cows health and dietary needs are closely monitored and managed
to keep quality milk production to the highest premium.
With a variety
of cheeses to choose from you are bound to find something which suits
your taste perfectly.
Apostle Whey Cheese produce a range of soft cheeses, such as blue and
white mould (Camembert & Brie), Feta and a variety of semi hard
and soft cheese of various flavours.
Timboon Farmhouse Cheese
Timboon Farmhouse Cheese has an international reputation for its organic cheeses. The creamy Camembert and Brie with white mould crust are consistently popular and the mild and tangy blue cheeses have won awards around the country. Fresh cheeses with peppers and herbs, gourmet fettas.
Parratte Smoked Eel
Paratte Eels are
a small family business which operates 11 km from Timboon.
Short fin eels caught from local rivers are processed in their smokehouse
where they also produce their unique gourmet product of smoked eel pate.
Their products are sold locally at Farmers’ Markets and also from
their property.
Newtons Ridge produces a range of handcrafted wines from estate grown grapes first planted in 1998.
All of the wines show the characteristics of grapes grown in cool climates
with long ripening periods.
They have intense flavours, are soft on the palette with lingering,
clean finishes.
The grapes are unirrigated and are all handpicked by local community groups. The grapes are basket pressed and the wine is made on site.

A variety of fresh and dried herbs, mustards, massage oils, marmalade and skin creams using biodynamic herbs.

Shultz Organic Produce
Organic Yogurt
Made from Certified Organic Milk,
Schulz Organic Yogurt is unique.
We add Pro-Biotic cultures, Acidophilus, bifidus and Casein without un-natural
stabilisers of other ‘natural’ yogurts.
Our yogurt comes with a thick layer of cream atop and with a mild kick.
Organic Quark
Quark is a German style fresh cheese, similar to mascarpone and fromage
frei. Used extensively throughout Northern Europe it is the most versatile
dairy product that exists.
We recommend that it is the perfect substitute in recipes for cottage
cheese, mascarpone, cream freich or sour cream.
Quark
uses only certified organic milk, ABC cultures and microbial rennet.
Consistency is generally smooth but can change depending on the season
of milk.
Herbie
Better
explained as Quark with a mixture of herbs and spices, Herbie is the perfect
cheese dip.
The mix of herbs includes; Dill, Chives, Garlic, Paparika.
All Red Duck beers are made from natural ingredients;
malt, fresh rain water, hops and select yeast.
The beers are unfiltered to keep the true flavours of real beer and
use no added preservatives.
The ales are naturally carbonated in the bottle.
Red Duck beers are real ales, with low hops levels and rich, malt
driven flavours.
Pale Ale
A refreshing,
sparkling ale that is clean and crisp. Slightly citrusy, fresh hoppy
aromas. 4.5% alc/vol.
Amber Ale
A full flavoured
ale, copper coloured with rich malt flavours. Inviting hints of caramel
and butterscotch, with a smooth texture. 4.9% Alc/vol.
Porter
A dark, intense and powerful ale. "The grandfather of stout". Chocolate and toffee notes, with a hint of plum pudding! Delicious. 6.4% Alc/vol.
Timboon Honey
The Heytesbury Honey people produce honey
from flowering native gums.
These varieties include, yellowgum, surgargum redgum and yellow box.
Honey will be available in take home 600gm and 1.5kg containers from
the distillery.
Timboon
Berry World has a great reputation for producing high quality full flavoured
sweet strawberries.
You can pick your own from November to March or choose from a range of
berry products including jams and ices.
Indulge in these ‘strawbs’ on a taste plate when in season.
