The Distillery
Visitors are warmly welcomed to sample our spirits as part of the Distillery
experience. On any given day the distillery will be operating, bubbling and
steaming and producing spirit behind protective glass for all to see. Talk to the
distiller and read through the History of Distilling in the area.

Whisky
The whisky we make at the Timboon Railway Shed Distillery is a single malt
whisky, distilled in a pot still, using malted barley as the only grain ingredient.
Our inspirations are the great single malts of Scotland and the Isles, so its only
natural that our own whisky is made to the same time honoured traditions.

Spirits
Our range of spirits currently includes Coffee Cream, Strawberry Schnapps and
a premium Vodka. We will also have short run and limited release spirits
available at "The Shed" from time to time
